My new letter is out on CID, which warns that the sensitivity of saliva/NP swab PCR estimated by Yokota et al., 2020 (92%/86%) is only representative of positive agreement rate (PAR) and may not reflect the actual sensitivity.

この論文未だ解釈が錯綜している？ようなので少し
・モデル上は'PCR一致率'でなく'感染に対する感度'で合っているが、モデル不備の為結果の解釈は事実上一致率
・「特異度は高いはず」「スワブと唾液の検査結果は独立」の仮定があることが重要
・MCMCは気にしなくてよい
