I’m not arguing the methodology, and I haven’t read the report yet, but the reporting of this is appallingly bad. It’s not “60 per cent of animals”, which if you stop and think is evidently a ludicrous claim.

I’ve already been consciously lowering my meat consumption. Looking at the state of the world, that’s not enough. Relying on billions to use self control when it comes to delicious meat? That’s not a realistic plan.
