tweets that wish or hope for death, serious bodily harm or fatal disease against *anyone* are not allowed and will need to be removed. this does not automatically mean suspension.
You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so. This includes wishing or hoping that someone experiences physical harm.
Somewhat late to have impact, but Trump's tweet asking for people to harass a newspaper owner pretty cleanly falls under Twitter's anti-harassment policies. Calling for others to harass a target, even if violence isn't even implied, is prohibited.
