JUST UPLOADED: In sentencing memo, MUELLER accuses MANAFORT of "bold" crimes, "some of which were committed while under a spotlight due to his work as the campaign chairman &, later, while he was on bail from this Court."
In the sentencing memo for Paul Manafort, prosecutors wrote, “His criminal actions were bold, some of which were committed while under a spotlight due to his work as the campaign chairman and, later, while he was on bail from this Court.”
Prosecutors list the people Manafort "lied to" and decieved: FBI, Mueller's Office, grand jury, tax preparers, bookkeepers, banks, Treasury Dept., DOJ National Security Division, his own legal counsel, members of Congress, members of the executive branch.
