🥕 A Florida couple had to uproot the garden she had tended for 17 years — after a zoning ordinance went into effect forbidding growing vegetable in front yards. So they pulled it up and got a lawyer. It took six years. But this week, they finally won.
Six years It took six years for them to win the legal right to plant what they wish in their front yard I’m happy they won but that is damn ridiculous
There are no doubt a lot of local ordinances like this, insisting on lawns, and they should be struck down.
