A 2019 meta-analysis of 33 datasets with 16,992 cases of anorexia nervosa and 55,525 controls identified 8 statistically significant loci. The 100+ authors concluded “that these genes may have a role in the etiology of anorexia nervosa.” Not really. 3/10
