An Institution Can Lean Left Without Excluding the Right - HxA
An institution can have a tradition of progressivism, and a culture which reflects that, without excluding or marginalizing those with other leanings.
Some organizations cater to particular preferences. It would be obnoxious to agree to meet up with someone at a cigar bar and then complain that there is too much smoke in the venue. However, bars are not institutions of higher education.
Many in the
community continue to insist that the school be exclusive of conservative thought and ideas. The hypocrisy of their calls for inclusiveness and tolerance is on full display. Here are some of my thoughts.
