This guy was charged with a misdemeanor ("malicious use" of a telecommunications service), sent to jail, and hit with a $500,000 bail demand because he criticized a judge on Facebook. via
It looks like
courts have at least two sitting judges who exhibit such flagrant ignorance of the law that they should not be admitted to practice, let alone sit on the bench.
