Embracing Liberty in No Way Means Embracing Moral Relativism | National Review
They are distinctly different ways of life.
In the liberalism wars, I've been accused of embracing "moral relativism" for protecting the rights of others to speak, including the right to air views I find repugnant. False. Utterly false.
A thought occurs to me. When
talks, his critics think, "Blah, blah, blah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't give me that legal-constitutional mumbo-jumbo. I want my WAY." This is very human. We're all prone to it. But it should be guarded against.
