analyzes here isn't particularly novel. Immediate dismissal upon presentment of the articles has always been a possibility. The rest of it, though, would require the addition of several more rings to the circus.
Forget for the moment the question of when Nancy Pelosi will send over the articles of impeachment. Does the Constitution require Mitch McConnell to do anything with them...
