Deportation flight leaves UK for Jamaica despite court ruling
Take the 23-year-old who spent 15 months in jail after being convicted age 17 for drug offences. Section 32(6) of the UK Borders Act states that the Home Sec may not revoke a deportation order unless she 'thinks that an exception under section 33 applies'.
