U.S. sex workers, "prurient" businesses, gambling businesses, and people who are behind on child support payments are explicitly excluded from eligibility for COVID-19 disaster relief loans
Excluded: "live performances of a prurient sexual nature" & anyone who "derive(s) directly or indirectly more than de minimis gross revenue thru sale of products or services or the presentation of any depictions or displays, of a prurient sexual nature."
I’ve been talking about this on here and with media. It’s an issue. I’m in the process of hopefully get some data that maybe could shed some light on what’s going on. May be time for another survey too.
Sex workers & anyone whose professional activities involve "prurient" products or content are ineligible for COVID-19-related loans for small businesses and the self-employed
Gambling businesses and people behind on child support payments are also excluded from 's COVID-19 Disaster Relief Loan program
