When we see headlines like this, it’s critical to understand that to keep COVID death rates low, we need to keep hospitals below maximum capacity (flattening the curve). That means continuing to wear masks and social distancing. Keep it up!

We are doing better at preventing #Covid19 deaths; and yet, with that, as points out, we are still at 700 deaths per day. Remember that surviving hospitalization can leave lasting harms. And being hospitalized isn't great, either.
