Presiding over this vote was Chuck Grassley, the former Judiciary Committee chairman who said in 2018 he wouldn't move a Supreme Court nomination to fill a vacancy in 2020, citing the Merrick Garland precedent. He just voted YES on Amy Coney Barrett.
