In Wisconsin decision, Supreme Court foreshadows election night cliffhanger
Justices Kavanaugh and Kagan spar over a potential vote-counting imbroglio.
These dueling opinions from Kavanaugh and Kagan on mail-in ballots may be the most important story of the day: Kavanaugh: late ballots could “flip the results of an election” Kagan: “there are no results to ‘flip’ until all valid votes are counted”
So Bret Kavanaugh wants Election Night to be a one-night stand?
Kavanaugh says ballots sent ON or BEFORE election day shouldn't be counted because they could 'flip the results of an election'. They won't 'flip' the election...they ARE the election. This decision is legalized voter suppression and totally corrupt.
